Ingredients
• 1 cup beets (1 medium beet)
• 1 cup parsley
• 1 cup cucumber (equals about ½ an English cucumber)
Directions
1. Wash all the produce well.
2. Cut off the ends of the beets and use a vegetable peeler to peel off the skin.
3. Chop the beets, parsley and cucumber to a size that fits your juicer.
4. Add all the ingredients through your juicer starting with parsley, then cucumber and then beets in that order. Enjoy!
Makes 1 serving (about 1 cup)
